2.2 Sale of Full Rights
FunTimes.lol provides the option to purchase full rights to certain content. Once purchased, full rights transfer to the buyer under the terms specified in the purchase agreement.
2.3 Custom Creative Services
FunTimes.lol creates custom creative content tailored to the needs of our clients. Details and terms of custom creative projects will be specified in individual agreements.
2.4 Artist Exchange
The Artist Exchange is a network managed by FunTimes.lol to connect artists with clients. Artists remain independent contractors and are responsible for their own work and compliance with applicable laws.
3. User Obligations
3.1 Compliance
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our Services.
3.2 Prohibited Activities
Users may not engage in any activity that:
- Violates any laws or regulations.
- Infringes on the rights of others.
- Interferes with or disrupts the Services.
3.3 Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership
FunTimes.lol retains ownership of all intellectual property rights to the Content unless full rights are sold to the User.

When licensing photos, FunTimes.lol grants Users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content as specified in the licensing agreement.
4.3 Artist Contributions
Artists retain ownership of their contributions but grant FunTimes.lol a license to use, display, and promote their work through the Artist Exchange.
5. Payment and Fees
5.1 Fees
Users agree to pay all fees associated with the Services as outlined at the point of purchase or in the service agreement.
5.2 Payment Terms
Payments are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. FunTimes.lol reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for non-payment.
6. Termination
6.1 Termination by User
Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting FunTimes.lol customer service.
6.2 Termination by FunTimes.lol
FunTimes.lol reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Services for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FunTimes.lol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
8. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless FunTimes.lol, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your violation of these Terms or your violation of any rights of another.
9. Changes to Terms
FunTimes.lol reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
